Fees

All our costs are based on an hourly rate but we will tell you beforehand what it will cost you plus or minus 20%.

What that means is that, after our initial consultation we will know how long it should take us to do the work and we will calculate an estimate. For example, if we believe it will amount to $100 we will provide an estimate of $80 - $120. If we grossly overestimated and it should only be $60, then we will only charge you $60. But you know that the bill will not be more than $120.

Our quotations for programming are progressive. That is, after preparing the Application Overview we will give you a quote for preparing the Business Requirements. After you have reviewed these then we will give a quote for the whole job.

We only charge GST if you do. If your business does not charge GST then our fees are inclusive of GST. If you charge GST then our fees are plus GST. This means that your cost is only the amount quoted.
